WHOOO HOOOOO HEEEYOOOOOO! WOW!

Thank You! Everyone who has made the first few days of our Kickstarter Campaign a real success(almost)! Three days into our Campaign, 43 backers have brought us within $113 of  meeting our goal! This is great news! Kickstarter only funds projects that have met or exceeded their funding goal. We are so, so close to reaching that goal.

What happens if we exceed our initial funding goals?

This campaign was intentionally specific in it’s goals. We had the album recorded. But the costs of professional mixing and mastering(making things sound really good), production of locally made/sustainable packaging, and distribution(making the album available on Itunes, Amazon, and others.) were too high for us to do all by ourselves. Every cent of your support will go toward making the coolest sounding, nicest looking album for “the grown and still growing” you have ever held and listened to with your whole family.

The Pointed Man Band project is growing. Getting to this point was a push, but we have so many ways we dream of building this project.We already have requests to play regular family music concerts around Portland; we have dreams of making Pointed Man Band into a full band; and we’ve always envisioned this project as a way to build a community of families dedicated to enjoying the good things in life, together.  Funding exceeding our initial goal will be put toward building these next level adventures– We will have more for you on this topic soon!! Promise.
